Working closely with 3rd party manufacturing houses to produce TE to our requirements. We also design and manufacture a variety of smaller test boxes, breakout boxes and test cables to support NPI development.

Key Accountabilities:

• Leads the project execution of the assigned engineering team to deliver on commitments … co-ordinates and organises teams, motivates and guides, provides leadership and vision … drives execution excellence, in a compliant manner.
• Engages with support functions across the matrix where necessary to deliver engineering objectives.
• Makes commitments to the Engineering Project Manager (EPM,) on behalf of their team, for delivery of the assigned scope against the agreed cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Engages functional organisations to secure the resources and skillsets necessary to deliver the assigned scope. Works with functional leaders in identifying and resolving any performance issues with the assigned team.
• Drives Risk Management best practice, quantifies engineering risk to the EPM via a local engineering risk register. Pro-actively plans risk mitigation activities within the team to minimise project impacts.
• Works to identify and quantify internal and external dependencies and ensures dependencies are reflected within the project plans.
• Works within the program and project change process to ensure that any agreed scope changes, are 'consumed' by the engineering team in a controlled and co-ordinated way, and the change impacts are reflected into the detailed engineering plans
• Adhering to the sites Monthly operating Rhythm (MOR), updating the detailed plans for the assigned works, and interfacing with the Program Management Office (PMO) to submit monthly status and plans to the project IMS. Prepares variance reports and works with the EPM to identify and, where possible, resolve cost or schedule variances.
• Supports the EPM in stakeholder reviews, including internal program or business reviews, and external customer reviews … generates the necessary KPIs and operational data for the assigned CAs to support these reviews
• Performs as first point of contact (POC) in managing external suppliers. Facilitates the necessary technical interactions between the supplier and engineering team. Escalates and works with the EPM to resolve any supplier performance or contract negotiation issues.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage all regulatory compliance related matters and asset integrity within HBA Operations and Projects onshore support office. Liaison with HBA Management Centres.

• Is a valued and contributing member of the Aberdeen management team, including the formulation and implementation of strategic objectives
• Supports the Company's mission and objectives to promote revenue, profitability, and growth.
• Establishes and maintains all HBA facilities' Compliance procedures and standards.
• Focal point for all operational HSE, Operational Verification and Class related activities and coordinates support to the Operations Management offshore.
• Responsible for preservation of plant capability, asset integrity and reliability for all operations surface facilities.
• Co-ordinates integrity management of all HBA AMO operated assets ensuring management systems have risk-based inspection programs

COMPLEXITIES OF THE JOB

• Integrity management is the life cycle management of equipment and systems to ensure continued functionality without undue risk/harm to personnel, environment, and/or the asset itself.
• The longer-term payback and preventative nature of integrity management activities can provide for easy target in times of expenditure reductions.
• Company policy and philosophy on Integrity management must identify this and direct only justified activities that demonstrate value and provide valid results.
• Integrity management encompasses all aspects of organization and accordingly individuals should understand the roles they play from Corporate to the maintenance technician onboard. Overview presentations should be delivered at to all areas of the organization so that all are familiar with integrity management and the role they play.

REQUIREMENTS

• 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas facilities offshore (or similar) in Operations or maintenance capacity 5 years of which in Compliance & Asset Integrity Management at a senior level.
• In-depth knowledge of Asset Integrity.
• Extensive knowledge of maintenance, integrity and compliance in varying roles on both fixed and floating installations.
• Demonstrable experience in the implementation and management of the UKCS Safety Case Process, Safety and Environmental and Quality Management Standards.
• Knowledge of facilities engineering, production engineering, maintenance engineering, marine operations and planning functions.
• In depth understanding of Legislation codes and standards applicable to the operation of offshore platforms in the UKCS.
• In depth understanding of Class Society rule sets.
• Development and implementation of risk-based Integrity Management strategies.
• Knowledge and understanding of hydrocarbon industry applicable NDT techniques and principles.
• Effective manager of key financial issues that impact overall operation functions and the business.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate skills in problem solving, team building, negotiation, total quality management, ingenuity and initiative.
• Must possess knowledge of business and operational planning processes.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
