The Fund Accounting Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participating in a variety of fund valuation activities in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the calculation of daily and periodic Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) for funds and the distribution of associated unit prices.

• Plan for quality assurance activities with timelines and effort estimates and manage resources to support testing demand.
• Discuss and work with System Analysts & development teams and SMBC to understand the testing requirements to determine testing coverage and collect sample test data (if available).

The Quality Site Head - Huntington develops, maintains, and improves quality systems and assures products meet established specifications and are in compliance with various quality and regulatory standards. Major Accountabilities:

Our client is a leading investment management firm in Singapore and they are looking for a compliance officer to join their team. This is a 6 months contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize internal systems for monitoring and reporting in accordance to compliance processes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance issues
• Support submissions to the Monetary Authority of Singapore
• Facilitate the onboarding of new investor clients
• Contribute to the preparation of compliance reports, reviews, and certifications

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, preferably within a investment/fund management company
• Be proactive, accountable and responsive in terms of work flows and responsibilities
• Familiar with laws, rules, and regulations
• Adept at navigating various compliance systems
