• Facilitate the correct level of access for users on the Datix System in accordance with Information Governance.
• Assist the Quality System Officer and the Quality Information Manager in providing administrative support to the function and processes, supporting changes and enhancements to the Datix System.

Job Objective:

AML/KYC

• Review customer due diligence.

Transaction Monitoring

We are looking for an organised and confident individual to work within the Clinical Effectiveness and Assurance Team in the Quality Department at UHCW to assist, facilitate, support and provide guidance to directorates in all areas of governance and assurance. The Assurance Team, led by the Head of Clinical Effectiveness and Assurance, and Assurance Manager oversee and implement the delivery of key assurance activities. After full training, you will be responsible, but not limited to: 

• Prepare and maintain the tools necessary for the examination and testing of road safety enforcement technology equipment and other traffic systems.
• Ensure that all testing and calibration is carried out in a safe, professional and ethical manner.
• Assist the Project Manager Traffic Systems with regard to the Traffic Systems division.
• Ensure Traffic Management is implemented to meet all HSE guidelines.
• Prepare a written report of results, assessments and observations obtained from testing.
• Maintain accurate record of the time spent testing road safety enforcement technology equipment for the inclusion in the laboratory's monthly report and for determining the testing schedule of fees.

The Role:

• Assist in arranging sampling & testing for various materials such as starting materials, packaging materials & finished products etc;
• Assist in managing work allocation of frontline QC staff to ensure all QC resources are fully utilized in an effective way;
• Devise and review GMP documents such as various material specifications, SOPs, training materials;
• Review and manage various Batch Production Records, various record forms & test reports;
• Involve in various validation activities, equipment calibration activities and product stability studies;
•  Assist in EM / compressed air and purified water monitoring program
•  Provide and maintain training program for all QC staff with preset schedule;
• Assist in Quality Management System Implementation such OOS investigation, Risk Assessment, Deviation & Incident Investigation Management, Product Quality Complaint & CAPA etc.

• Degree holder in Chemistry, Chinese Medicines, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Studies or related disciplines.
• Having at least 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in chemical analysis of TCM and/or pharmaceuticals, and preferably with microbiological analysis experience.
• Familiar with PIC/s GMP is an advantage.
• More experienced, you will be considered as QC Supervisor.
