Overview:
Supporting the compliance manager with checking agency worker profiles to ensure full compliance before providing authority to the other teams to book the workers onto their first shift and getting them set up as a new starter. The role also includes providing advice to all other teams on any compliance matters.
With training and support you will be involved in the following:
• Managing the live compliance inbox to ensure all worker profiles are checked in a timely manner.
• Providing advice to the other teams within the business on any compliance queries they may have.
• Setting the agency workers up as a new starter each day with the payroll provider.
• Support any compliance-based projects which may arise.
• Identify and report back to the compliance manager with any issues in a timely manner.
• Any other relevant tasks which may be required.
Skills required:
• Experience within a compliance or recruitment role is essential.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexible approach to working in a demanding and dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise.
What you need to know:
• Permanent role
• Based in the Head Office in Corby
• £27,500 Per Annum
• 8-5:30 Monday to Friday
