- Maintain a safe, healthy work environment in accordance with the rules, regulations and prescribed guidance on occupational health and safety hazards.
- Execute and document quality assurance matters concerning Government oversight of contractor operations.
- Promote internal and external customer satisfaction by establishing communications with appropriate representative.
- Facilitate aircraft scheduling between the contractor and government flight operations in accordance with all applicable directives.
- Monitor contractor performance and conducts quality assurance inspections to ensure contractor's processes, repairs, and maintenance of aircraft and aircraft systems are in accordance with contract and regulatory specifications.
