Our client, based in Tamworth requires a Quality Coordinator. Possible permanent position following a successful trial period. Duties include reporting directly to the Operations Managers. Analising POD Differences data and identify trends. Investigating errors and identify root cause. Collaborating with multiple stake holders. Producing reports and recommend corrective actions. Communicating and presenting to Leadership Team. Physically checking problem customer orders.

Qualifications / Experience required: Extensive DLX knowledge including order, transaction and move task reports. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good communication skills. Can do attitude. The ability to work well under pressure. Attention to detail. Flexible. Results orientated.
