We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join a well-established company within the medical sector, to lead and develop their Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement.

Some of your main responsibilities will include -

• Manage quality department by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising results.
• Lead external quality assurance audits as required and Audit systems based on ISO 13485 requirements.
• Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.
• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and risk management processes.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience in a similar role and have knowledge of quality standards including ISO 13485, UKCA and MDR.

Engineering experience with metalwork and plastic moulded component is preferred.

Job Title: AOI Operator
Salary: From £30,000pa
Location: Hemel Hempstead

Are you looking for an AOI Inspection role with excellent progression opportunities? We currently require an experienced AOI Inspector to work at our company's HQ in Hemel Hempstead.

To be successful in this role as an AOI Inspector, you must have Automated Optical Inspection machine operating experience.

AOI Inspector Requirements:

• Experience with operating and running Automated Optical Inspection AOI Machines - this is essential and non-negotiable
• Ability to accurately perform required visual inspection
• Previous rework experience would be an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Drive to produce the highest quality product possible
• Experience programming of Mirtec AOI machines is desirable
• Any experience of working to IPC standards will also go in your favour

AOI Inspector Responsibilities:

• Visual inspection of PCB's processed
• AOI Inspector needed to perform manual operations, including precision circuit network
• Scan layers on automated equipment
• Verify scanned layers and/or PCB's for defects
• Separate good layers and/or PCB's from rework and scrap
• Perform rework under magnification, such as repairing short
