Do you have experience in Quality Control or Inspection. If so, we would love to hear from you. We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Quality Technician to join one of our clients in Bolton. Working 37 hours per week. Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4.30pm. Paying a competitive salary of £23K - £25K with an 8% Company Pension.
What will you be doing as a Quality Technician?
- This role requires the candidate to have a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Working with authorising and checking compliance against products and devices
- Working within product specification, batch codes, product serial numbers and cross referencing product information against items ready to manufacturer and dispatch
- Testing of such products and carrying out quality control on signing off on product specifications
- Communicating with suppliers across UK and Europe
- Putting items into quarantine whilst under inspection and investigation
- Liaison with warehouse and customer service staff
- Recording and updating product specification forms
- Completing of hygiene audits
- Utilising Ms Office / 365 using excel spreadsheets to manipulate data on v look ups and pivot tables
- Conforming with the companies health and safety and quality assurance
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- You may have experience in working across Quality Control, Quality Inspection, Quality Technician
- You might have worked within compliance, audits and quality control
- Any experience working in medical, pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, nursing
- You might have a keen interest in chemistry and or medicine or medical
- We are looking for candidates who are conscientious, hardworking and willing to learn
