Working as part of the Facilities and Health & Safety Department to complete property inspections to maintain and enhance the condition of their property portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

• Approximately 130 properties across the South West of England. These are pre-dominantly residential properties but also include hostels, retail shops and offices. These properties need to be inspected annually by the Property Inspector, but with support provided by the H&S Officer.
• To provide accurate property inspection reports on the compliance of the property, ensuring that each building meets the applicable safety standards and contributing to maintaining 100% safety and compliance across the portfolio.
• To support with the delivery of training of other members of staff on Property/ Housing Management to help develop this knowledge and these skills across the organisation.
• To maintain and foster good working relationships with key stakeholders: internal teams, residents and landlords.

What you'll need to succeed

• Full valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle with appropriate business insurance and willingness to use for work purpose and travel across the region with occasional overnight visits.
• At least 1 year experience in property management.
• Knowledge on compliance framework for buildings

Your new role

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring environmental compliance is adhered to across the Company's portfolio of sites (including flexible power generation, BESS, wind and solar) sites
• Accountable for the management of statutory environmental permit requirements, such as but not limited to, emissions monitoring and reporting
• Responsible for the maintenance of UK-ETS permits and procedures, including annual verifications
• Ensuring all new sites in development or construction obtain statutory environmental permits in line with key project timescales

Your new role
As this Firm's Corporate Tax Compliance Manager/Senior Manager, you will be joining a team of experts specialising in Corporate Tax Compliance. Providing clients with advice on various compliance issues including paying and minimising tax liabilities. This Firm's clients range from multinationals to smaller mid-tier clients across a wide range of industries.
Key Duties:

• Up-front scoping and engagement planning with clients
• Liaising with the Data Management team on the approach to data collection for your clients
• Review and submission of tax accounting schedules & corporate tax returns
• You will be expected to have a high level of client contact in this role
• Budget management

What you'll need to succeed
As this Firm's Corporate Tax Compliance Manager/Senior Manager, you will ACA or CTA qualified with strong corporate tax skills, UK GAAP and IFRS experience with a highly developed client service ethos and flexibility to meet clients needs. You will have the ability to establish, build and maintain relationships with clients and internal decision makers along with developing new business opportunities.

Your new role
As a Asbestos Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, performance, legislative compliance and technical direction of the asbestos analytical service of the laboratories. You will develop the commercial strategies for the asbestos service to meet financial targets, and oversee the quality system to ensure retention of the UKAS accreditation. This includes: This includes:

• Management and development of the quality system
• Management of the quality procedures and associated documentation
• Planning and management of technical and system audits
• Supervision of training plans and assessment of staff
• Effective management of non-conformities and associated corrective/preventative actions
• Management of quality records and controlled documents
• Identify resource requirements with respect to the quality system
• Maintenance of relationship with UKAS
• Maintenance of internal and external quality control schemes

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this role, you will need to have experience in a similar role and to also hold an appropriate Certificate of Medical Examination with respect to the requirements of Regulation 16 of the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations. This role will be an ASAP start, which before starting you will need to pass your reference, compliance, and driving checks, upon registration please have your 2 most recent employment details available.
