My client based in March is looking for 1 x Quality Auditor to join the Manufacturing team.

The shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, 06:00-18:00 hrs at a rate of £14.60 per hour.

This role includes auditing, monitoring and evaluating internal systems and procedures, whilst supporting the Operations team with technical knowledge, promoting Food Safety standards and customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
* Support every aspect of auditing of our quality system program, including audit planning, implementation, feedback, and re-audit assessments as required

Key Skills Required:

* Collect samples of product from Manufacturing
* Carry out standardised analytical tests on batches, charge up samples, finished
product, stock holds & complaint samples. Interpret results, understanding brix
(sugar) and pH levels & communicate to production or appropriate personnel.

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Controller in the Ossett area WF5. The Quality Controller ensures that the products made in the facility conform to industry, company, and consumer expectations - and do so consistently. They hold and segregate any products that do not meet given standards. With the goal of minimizing cost, guaranteeing quality & maximizing efficiency.

Working hours - 7-7 (12hrs)

Week 1 - Mon & Tues Days, Wed, Thurs & Fri Nights

Job Details
* To carry out all quality inspections on finished products (Metal Detection, Weights, Coding & Labelling)
* Conduct Recurring inspections (Golden 6, Hygiene Assessments, Glass & Perspex)
* Distribute and reporting of relevant quality & food safety KPI's.
* Provide support and communicate to the shift manager/Technical dept any issues which may affect the
quality/safety of the product.
* Provide concise and accurate information to support any investigations.
* Adhere to food safety, H&S and environmental standards, and requirements.
* Conduct & drive the lineside taste panel.
* Drive the safety first, quality always culture.


Skills required
* Knowledge & experience of QC testing equipment.
* Desire to work in a quality role.

Quality Assurance Technician required to work for a world wide drinks Manufacture based in BD4

Pay : £14.87 phr
Working hours: Continental shift pattern

* Collect samples of product from Manufacturing
* Carry out standardised analytical tests on batches, charge up samples, finished
product, stock holds & complaint samples. Interpret results, understanding brix
(sugar) and pH levels & communicate to production or appropriate personnel.
* Carry out standardised analytical tests of raw materials including mineral water
and comminute
* Set up of HPLC instrumentation
* Using standardised calculations determine, recommend & recheck material
adjustments for the IPC.
* Use the Manufacturing Execution System to release syrup batches to production
* Taste testing of all finished goods batches, identifying issues where appropriate
* Follow standardised procedures to determine acid and brix levels in customer
complaints and report on findings.
* Following standardised procedures test chemical oxygen demand (COD) and pH
levels of environmental samples
* Check packaging and coding against specifications using SAP system,
communicate results & ensure extra checks are carried out if failures have been
determined. Identify product to be held if out of specification.
* Organise storage of retained samples & ensure housekeeping in both Laboratory
& keeper room is maintained to a high standard.
* Use Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for recording of analytical results &
comply with all other documentation systems as referred to in the procedure
manuals.

GI Group Grimsby are currently recruiting for Vehicle Inspectors to join their clients established vehicle body shop based in Stallingborough.
The role is an on going, full time position commencing from September 2024 on-wards and will be shift work.

Shift hours are usually Monday to Friday 0600-1430hrs or 1300hrs - 2200hrs.

The pay rate for the role is £13.59 per hour, however dependant on experience within a vehicle background with the ability to cover numerous roles could be up to £15.76 per hour.

Duties of the Vehicle Estimator;
- Inspect vehicles coming through the body shop and assess the return standard for the rental return or new
vehicles
- Record all information on required documents to the required, expectd standard
- Ensure all damage is recorded on the Hand Held Terminal system (training will be given)
- Ensure highest level of professionalism at all times


Requirements of the Vehicle Estimator;
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
- Hold a full UK driving licence for 12 months plus
- 22 years of age and over
- No more than 3 points on licence, endorsement codes are also limited
- Maintain a professional image at all times

Experience is required for this role due to high demand season of the year.
