We are offering an internship in the quality management department of the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket Asia Pacific (APAC) region based in Singapore office.
Our focus is to support business and product strategies in terms of quality management for products and processes to continuously grow our automotive aftermarket business in APAC. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates to join us for internship of 6 months.

Support our team in operational tasks
• Monthly Key Performance Index updating.
• OES & IAM complaint register updating & follow up.
• Support in maintaining related internal processes and systems.

Be in charge of your own projects
• Standardize data collection for specific Quality management aspects and prepare for further analysis.
• Work on new idea /concept on data and process automation.

- Support conduction of Internal Control/ Monitoring Procedures (MP): frequency definition based on defined drivers in the previous year end closures, sample preparation, analysis of sample, analysis of supporting documents, conclusion on MP result, describe finding and propose measures, measures follow-up, document actions and results in the dedicated MP tool/ spreadsheet and the working files.- Involve in discussion of measures: provide and explain finding and measure to process owners and agree on required measure, responsible person and due date or document disagreement and start escalation with team coordinator.- Participate in following-up on open measures: request status information from measure responsible (in a timely manner), update measure status in MP tool, evaluate measure implementation, and escalate in case of the unresolved overdue measures to team coordinator.

Supplier Scouting (20%)
- Support potential supplier scanning.
- Support project documentation and presentation.

System Data & Contracts Maintenance (30%)
- Support in ensuring data quality on various purchasing tools.
- Prepare contract documents with suppliers and route for signatures.

Purchasing Support (20%)
- Provide support to other business functions with regards to enquiries about pricing, master data maintenance.
- Ensure documents / approvals are in place for Mitigation checks.
- Preparation and sending of mass communications to suppliers.

Purchasing Quality (30%)
- Support team members in the ISIR by checking documents for accuracy and requesting technical information (test reports, drawings) from suppliers.
- Create and implement Engineering Change Notifications for the ASEAN region to approve changes of products, manufacturing processes, materials or packaging.
- Support in releasing new products and maintaining related internal processes and systems.
- Assist investigations of customer complaints.
- Update system for certificates, audit reports, etc.

DCAZ is the Bosch Rexroth (DC) Regional Sales Unit ASEAN & Oceania, comprising seven legal entities spanning from Thailand to New Zealand.
The role DCAZ/ILC is responsible for supporting all topics related to the Internal Control System (ICS) implementation in DCAZ, especially ensuring the proper conduct of Detective Controls (DCs) in the assigned region.
The Internal Control Officer, reporting directly to the head of DCAZ/ILC, contributes to ensure efficient and compliant processes in DCAZ in line with internal norms, regulations and guidelines. Deviations are efficiently detected and risks are effectively mitigated. The Internal Control Officer takes care of various tasks in the Internal Controls Process, ranging from Detective Controls, supporting Monitoring Procedures and other checking processes, as well as following up on improvement measures and deviation findings.
The Internal Control Officer additionally supports the head of DCAZ/ILC in giving input to update and define regional and local guidelines regarding the DCAZ Internal Controls System.
The Internal Control Officer contributes not only to preventing unjustified outflows of funds but also ensures adherence to legal principles, thus contributing to the overall success, reputation and integrity of DCAZ.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute detective controls for individual country units in line with local, regional and central directives
• Discuss internal control findings and deviations with Country Unit management, follow-up on corrective measure implementation and its effectiveness
• Consolidate findings and measures to Sales Unit management timely and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate to conduct monitoring procedures in line with check-the-checker principles (ensuring 4-eye principle for ICS)
• Support Basic-rule company (BrC) special governance framework, incl. risk management reviews and self-assessments
• Other temporary or project tasks

1. Claim Management

 - Assist in the 8D problem-solving process, including quality issue diagnosis and failure verification at production.

- Support engineers in preparing samples for shipping and conducting discussions with internal and external teams.

- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and drive improvement activities.

- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.- Support sorting management work

2. Lean Project

- Coordinate the implementation of lean activities within the PQA team

- Support the documentation and preparation of presentation materials for lean activities

3. PQA Tracker          

-Update and maintain the PQA tracker, including monitoring S-block status, actual part maching with SAP system, overdue status

• Support product quality or department process improvement such as E-document or template management, product flow analysis, Customer complaint analysis, etc.
• Support for various quality activities, daily task in department such as staff of quality day, Q activity, etc.
• Support Data digitalization / Data visualization (E.g. Power BI / Power platform)
