Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily purchasing operations, and preparing Purchase Order (PO) to supplier.
• Maintaining computer records and keep the files well documented.
• Reviewing and negotiating of supply and delivery terms.
• Follow, manage and modify purchasing SOP, and improvement time to time.
• To select and solicit sources for the supplies of products and service required.
• Ensure the requirements stated in Purchase Order such as quantity, quality and other specifications conform as requested.
• Overseeing and managing inventory of materials.
• Liaising and collaborating with relevant internal department including Finance, Contract Department and Production to ensure supply efficiency.
• Analyzing and producing report on inventory, as well as material cost.

Job Description

• To assist immediate superior in all day to day activities for the smooth of the warehouse and delivery 
• Coordinate with the superior to have sufficient workforce to ensure the smooth running of warehouse
• Planning and scheduling of delivery as per stated in Delivery Order (DO)
• To carried out checking final checking before proceed loading the finished goods into lorry
• To brief Lorry Driver and warehouse assistant regarding arrangement of finished goods inside lorry and distribute plan
• In charge for incoming good barcode scanning warehouse management system (WMS) 
• To pick, check , pack and label finished goods as stated in sales order (SO)
• To liaise with sales team for any changes either delivery or collection
• To maintain proper documentation record for delivery for future traceability purpose
• To maintain good housekeeping practice and cleanliness in warehouse
• To participate in stock count activities
• Any assignments by the immediate superior from time to time

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent
• No working experience, school leavers or fresh grads are welcomed to apply (training will be provided)

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, a commitment to safety standards, and the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.

Requirement

Warehouse Admin

He/She will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from preparing and serving delicious goods to the designated locations and interacting with customers & suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyse warehouse inventory data and generate reports to support management decision-making.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist the warehouse supervisor in planning procurement and replenishment to avoid stock shortages or overstock situations.

Inventory Data Management:

• Handle data entry and maintenance of all goods entering and leaving the warehouse, including heavy machinery, equipment parts, and accessories.
• Ensure data accuracy in the warehouse management system (e.g., ERP system), conduct regular inventory counts, and correct discrepancies as needed.

Order Processing and Coordination:

• Assist in processing data related to customer orders, ensuring goods are shipped accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with the supply chain, sales, and procurement departments to ensure consistency in data and timely updates on stock availability.

System Optimization and Process Improvement:

• Work with IT and the warehouse team to optimize the inventory management system and processes to enhance warehouse efficiency and data accuracy.

Warehouse Documentation Management:

• Manage warehouse-related documents and records, including receiving notes, delivery notes, and customs declarations, ensuring completeness and traceability.
• Assist the warehouse supervisor in audits and compliance checks to ensure warehouse operations meet legal and company standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• In charge of Indirect Material sourcing/procurement, perform vendor selection, evaluation and monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal & external parties (e.g. vendors, transporters, shipping agents, forwarders etc.) on the indirect material requirement planning until goods delivery. Ensure accurate goods receipt in system and monitoring inventory.
• Coordinate and verify vendors’ delivery and billings documents to ensure matching process smoothly done in SAP system. Monitor progress payment purchases especially for those engineering projects without disruption.
• Ensure all procurement activities and documentations are in accordance with the departmental procedures. Maintain proper control of records for quotations/ contracts and parts/products specification.
• Resolve SAP issues which related to procurement module in timely manner.
• Set yearly KPI and initiate cost saving projects for Indirect Material which align with department yearly target.
• Work out baseline and stretch plan for yearly and monthly basis in order to monitor saving result. Submit monthly cost saving report/result to superior for verification and record. 
• Ensure all procurement activities are consistently complying with local statutory and regulatory requirements (custom, MIDA and MITI).
• Liaise with MIDA & Customs office for application of import duty exemption for maintenance spare parts, equipment, IP Project items and other raw materials.
• Any other such duties assigned by superior or Management as and when required.
• To maintain a safe working environment with awareness and knowledge of site EHS standards and ensure compliance with local, state and federal EHS regulations.
• To perform any other ad-hoc task as and when required by the superior.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Supply Chain Management or equivalent with at least 3 years related working experience in the manufacturing environment.
