Job Title: Departmental Store Promoter (cookware)

Reports to: General Manager

Job Responsibility:

• Demonstrate and provide information on Company products
• Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
• Promote Company products to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of display counter and products
• Stock take
• Replenish stock
• Set up for promotional events

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field for this position
• Must be proficient in Mandarin (to communicate and effectively promote our products)
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Schedule:

8 - 32 hours / week

Schedule:

• 11am to 8pm
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
• Implementing operational policies and procedures
• Implementing and overseeing security operations
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
• Ensuring safety of staff; Motivating and disciplining staff
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
• Act as a safety officer for the Company
• Assisting with deliveries where require
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Report to: Warehouse Manager

Job Requirements:

1. Should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
2. Superior knowledge of business functions.
3. Understanding of warehouse management procedures.
4. Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
5. Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong people skills.

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to the following:-

• To manage commodities such as Packaging, Hardware, Label, Heatsink, Power Cord and Mechanical parts
• Work closely with vendors on new orders, reschedule and cancelation of Open orders
• Ensure Just In Time (JIT) deliveries
• Review estimated time of arrivals for open POs so as to meet weekly target inventory and production demands
• Work with suppliers on PO issuance and shipping arrangements
• Expedite highly critical deliveries in order to meet business needs
• Attend to urgent customers’ or suppliers’ requests or critical issues when necessary
• Creation and Maintenance of SAP Master Data
• Ensure pricing accuracy
• Inventory management
• Support NPI project
• Project Management on material supports
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned in accordance to business needs

Requirements:-

• Preferably 1 year or more of relevant experience
• Diploma and above in any disciplines
• Experience in SAP is a huge plus
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
