Job Description
- Market Expertise: Develop knowledge in assigned categories and marketplace trends.
- Category Sourcing: Support category strategies and manage procurement activities like bidding, negotiation, and contracts.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain vendor relationships and assist in operational discussions.
- Risk Management: Address supply exceptions and assess operational risks.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to procurement and financial controls.
- Internal Collaboration: Represent procurement in internal/external discussions and support audits.
- Systems Management: Assist with SAP setup, SharePoint documentation, and other systems for contracts.
Job Requirement:
- Proven track record in contract negotiations and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills; decisive and proactive.
- Quick learner, team player, and able to work independently.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement.
- Diploma and above in any discipline.
