Job responsibilities:

• Ensure to communicate with Production team on timely drums available to minimize waiting charges and cancellation of trucks.
• Truck arrangements with transporter to meet internal demand on timely manner and react to changes if any.
• To monitor and ensure there is sufficient stock of relevant drum are maintained at the Yard to meet forecasted demand for designated customers.
• To ensure the proper and timely preparation of documentation required for delivery of goods to customers.
• Ensure proper stocks identification and ensure follow First In First Out (FIFO).
• Drums returned records to be updated on timely manner and report to the relevant departments for further action.
• To carry our continuous improvement activities to improve drum-yard operation.
• To monitor the contract workers and arrange distribution of work accordingly.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Minimum of SPM or without the relevant qualification working experience will be considered
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia or English
• Possess at least 2 years in logistics function in manufacturing environment.
• Required Skill(s): Able to work independently, interpersonal skills, excellent communication, initiative and willingness to learn.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Logistics Operations or equivalent.
• Working as Contract (possible convert to full time permanent worker)

• 確保與生產團隊就及時可用的桶子進行溝通，以最大限度地減少等待費用和取消卡車。
• 與運輸商的卡車安排，及時滿足內部需求並對任何變化做出反應。
• 監控並確保堆場有足夠的相關桶庫存，以滿足指定客戶的預測需求。
• 確保正確及時地準備向客戶交付貨物所需的文件。
• 確保正確識別庫存並確保遵循先進先出 (FIFO)。
• 鋼桶退回記錄要及時更新，並報告相關部門採取進一步行動。
• 進行持續改善活動，以改善轉鼓廠的運作。
• 監督合約工並相應安排工作分配。
• 公司交辦的其他任務。

職位要求：

• 候選人必須至少擁有 SPM 或沒有相關資格的工作經驗將被考慮
• 所需語言：馬來語或英語
• 擁有至少 2 年製造環境物流職能。
• 所需技能：能夠獨立工作、人際溝通能力、良好的溝通能力、主動性和學習意願。
• 最好是專門從事製造/物流營運或同等職位的非執行人員。
• 作為合約工（可能轉為全職永久工人）

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
• Responsible for daily smooth operations of the whole warehouse and logistic.
• Continuously improve the service level, speed of work and cost effectiveness of inventory management, warehousing, incoming and outgoing operations.
• Monitor cost and performance aspects of carriers, freight forwarders, brokers, operations and agencies.
• Optimise transportations to maintain effectiveness and lower the total costs of cargo handling and transportation.
• Responsible for safe, secure and full visibility of storage and movement of inventories and equipment.
• Ability to lead, supervise and inspire the warehouse team to increase work productivity and discipline.
• To ensure all warehouse & logistics documentations and reports are timely and accurate.
• Responsible for all stock counts and variance reports to feedback to Management with constructive reaction/plan to reduce recurring variances.

Requirements

• Preferable with Diploma or Degree qualification
• Minimum five (5) years of working experience leading the warehousing / logistics department
• will be managing about 11 staff(warehouse Assitant, Van driver and warehouse assistant)
• Managing More than 30,000 SKU in the warehouse
• Self-driven, team player, strong leadership, dedicated and high sense of integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skilll
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Added advantage) due to business need.
