Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of our store. This role involves hosting events, managing inventory, handling online sales, and maintaining a welcoming shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Store Operations:
- Open and close the shop according to the schedule.
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and ready for business each day.
2. Event Management:
- Host events on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
- Coordinate event setup, manage participants, and ensure smooth operations.
3. Customer Service & Sales:
- Assist walk-in customers with their purchases and inquiries.
- Manage Shopee collection point for order pickups (Monday to Saturday).
- Handle card buyback transactions with customers.
4. E-commerce & Inventory Management:
- Sort and organize inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Pack orders efficiently for e-commerce sales.
- Manage Q&A and customer service inquiries from online channels.
5. Social Media & Content Creation:
- Post updates and promotional content on social media platforms.
- Engage with the online community to drive brand presence.
6. Store Maintenance:
- Perform basic cleaning and tidying of the store to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
7. Time Management:
- Utilize non-event days (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) to focus on other tasks such as packing inventory, creating social media posts, and preparing for upcoming events.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or event hosting is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Basic understanding of trading card games, especially One Piece TCG, is a plus.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic computer skills.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday, with specific hours aligning with shop and event schedules.
