Salary: RM3,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Lead and train staff to enhance team performance.
• Manage inventory and place orders as needed.
• Assist in creating promotions to boost sales.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the outlet.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Prepare sales and operational reports for management.
• Promote a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a supervisor or manager in food and beverage, preferably in a tea outlet.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop the team.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for quality service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of tea products is a plus.

Working Location: KL（TRX)

Working Hours / Shifts: 9-hours / day（exclude break）

Lunch Break: 1 hour

Rest Day: 4 days per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop SOPs to allow the brand to expand while maintaining quality and service standards
• Work to exceed sales and targets to maximize profitability
• Assist in the opening of new stores
• Responsible for all aspects in the management and operations of retail outlet

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years Food & Beverage Management experience. Bonus points for Experience in multi chain store concept preferred.
• Able to work in a fast pace working environment
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or public holidays.
