We are seeking a self-driven, motivated, and independent Senior Executive/Executive join our Fast Fashion eCommerce operations.

In this role, he/she is required to lead, direct, manage and plan day to day activities to achieve operational objectives and completion targets/goals.

Responsibilities:

· Accept and carry out responsibilities in accordance with the company compliance, health, and safety policies.

· Managing and ensuring the fulfillment of Inbound/Outbound/VAS activities based on customer’s volume trend, sales campaigns/activities to ensure a well-functioning supply chain to local stores

· Monitoring of volume/activities ensuring facilities and resources are optimized and sufficient to support a consistent and flow-functioning distribution centre.

· Manage team performance and workload to ensure effective and efficient service delivery by the operations team.

· Keeping close contact with and customers, transporter, and suppliers to ensure good service levels, productivity, and optimal customer service

· Ensuring operational plans and forecast are executed promptly.

· Decision making based on analytical data.

· Responsible for meeting KPIs within the agreed lead time.

· Lead, develop and support team members growth and performance by through continuous improvement (Training/Materials) and setting qualities targets.

· Undertake any other activities as directed by immediate superiors.
