CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a friendly SME business based near Havant, for the recruitment of a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to assist with increased workloads.
Reporting to the Financial Controller and based in a small team, the ideal candidate will be immediately available and will be able to work independently.
What will the Purchase Ledger Assistant role involve?
• Matching and processing multi-currency purchase ledger invoices.
• Reconciling supplier statements.
• Dealing with and resolving supplier queries.
• Preparing payment runs and liaison with other departments to obtain necessary approvals.
Suitable Candidate for the-Purchase Ledger Assistant vacancy:
• Strong experience of the purchase ledger process, ideally gained within fast-paced businesses.
• Excellent communicator and possess good IT systems skills.
• Able to commit to the full duration of this 4 month assignment.
