Requirements:

• Clothes need to be plain, no shorts allowed, no long nails no jewellery or heavy make-up.
• Yellow hi-vis and safety boots needed.
• No food or drink on shop floor, no chewing gum (food site).
• Its 8 hr shift, with unpaid break of 0.5 hrs , so 7.5 hrs paid / day.
• Must have basic English as will need to pass 4 hrs induction on first day.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and go getting individual to take on the role of Purchase Ledger Clerk in the amazing city of Leeds!

Day to day you will be expected to carry out roles such as Process purchase invoices and match with delivery note and purchase order, raising PO's for approval and placing orders with suppliers, reconcile supplier statements. Raise and resolve invoice queries, liaise with suppliers and the operations team, matching purchase invoices, updating inter-company systems as orders are placed and invoiced, General admin and telephone duties.

About the opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Team Leader within our Birmingham Distribution Centre.

You will act as a link between the supervisors and warehouse staff providing immediate hands on leadership and supervision ensuring maximum effort and attention to detail in a safe and tidy environment.

Your main responsibilities will include coordinating, prioritising and delegating warehouse activities in order to ensure that depot service level requirements are met at all time, effective management and control of productivity within the warehouse team, to ensure the achievement of contractual and internal KPI’s are met and control all aspects of staff operations within the depot to ensure all duties are carried out as required and encourage high standards of work from each employee.
