Key Responsibilities

Mixer Responsibilities:

• Dispense and mix paint to precise customer specifications, ensuring all orders are fulfilled accurately.
• Label and package products according to quality standards, performing thorough checks throughout the process.
• Operate paint dispensers and replace barrels using proper lifting techniques and aids.
• Monitor stock levels, oversee the proper rotation of goods, and ensure materials are stored correctly.
• Complete required paperwork for collections and deliveries.

Driving Responsibilities:

• Plan efficient delivery routes and manage schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Load vehicles with products, ensuring that they match the order paperwork.
• Deliver products directly to customer locations, verifying deliveries and completing necessary paperwork.
• Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.

Role Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25kg to waist height.
• Full, clean UK driving license.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude when dealing with customers.

Hays are recruiting a temporary purchase ledger clerk on behalf of a well-known Bristol organisation. The company are looking for an individual to support their team for approximately 6-8 weeks. Pay for the role is dependent on experience. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 35 hours. Responsibilities include:

• Manage the day-to-day accounts payable function
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices
• Bank statement reconciliations
• Ad-hoc finance activities for the wider finance team
