Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Procurement, you'll be leading the organisation's approach to the procurement of goods, works & services efficiently within the complex regulatory environment of public sector procurement.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide a strategic relationship with the senior management teams for each of the directorates in the provision of a procurement service. This will include working with managers and commissioning officers to ensure that all directorate level procurement activities are properly managed.

One role will cover; Transport/ Fleet, Regeneration, Housing, Construction, Maintenance, Commercial Estate - and the other will cover: Adult& Children's Social Care, Education & Public Health

What you'll need to succeed

• A relevant degree or procurement & supply chain qualification (CIPS Level 6)
• A broad understanding of the public sector procurement and Public Contract Regulations 2015
• Working across the end-to-end procurement process
• Experience working closely with and advising Senior Leadership
• Experience in construction procurement is desirable
• Confident communication, stakeholder & supplier management skills

The Job

• Working as part of a team providing excellent customer service wherever there is interaction with one of our customers

Job Title: Store Manager – Designate
Location: Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of stores within a 1-hour radius of your base location until appointed into a store
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum

The Role

Our Store Managers go beyond just great people management. Their expertise enables us to reach targets and stay competitive.
