Procurement Manager Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role within the chemical industry, with technical knowledge of chemistry and the application of chemicals.

- Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of securing advantageous terms and pricing agreements.

- Experience in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier contracts.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on root cause analysis.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements related to chemical procurement.

- Ability to lead a team and create a strong and positive team culture.
