We are seeking driven Procurement Managers to lead complex procurement activities across a diverse portfolio of projects and services aimed driving change across Greater Manchester, supporting the levelling up of communities with healthy active lives, better access to education and employment.
Your Role
As a Procurement Manager, you’ll be empowered to lead procurement strategy and delivery across a diverse portfolio of categories, partnering with functional teams such Information Services, Bee Network services, Facilities Management and Marketing, and often stakeholders beyond TfGM.
You’ll be working within the regulatory framework of public sector procurement, leading in the development and delivery of complex procurements, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes and on creating a greener, fairer, more prosperous city region.

What you’ll bring

You will be an experienced procurement professional, knowledgeable in cross functional working, and the development and implementation of procurement strategies. Ideally, you will be MCIPS qualified, and have experience in public sector related procurement activity.

This is a permanent role with a salary of £46,249 - £51,576 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
