YOUR TALENT

The expected starting salary range for this role is $96,600- $146,200. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. Key Role:

Organize, inventory, and maintain corporate and government property in a warehouse or field environment. JOB DESCRIPTION

Supports the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager in attaining Levi's® Store Iconic status by assisting in the development of the store team and contributing to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth.　 Assumes responsibility for store in the absence of Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager.　 The Assistant Manager relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Key Metrics:

• • Contributes to stores financial growth through driving sales, managing expenses and implementing plans for increased profitability.　　　
  • Accountable for operational results in store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory control
  • Is accountable and holds others accountable for ensuring all operational standards are achieved.　
  • Assists in the hiring, training and retention of a store staff that model LS&CO selling practices, deliver authentic customer service and meet sales goals.

What the perfect Assistant Store Manager already has:

Education and/or Experience:　

• • 5+ years of experience and a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Solid experience and demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching and training sales associates
  • Strong apparel experience
  • Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task; with the desire to work in a very fast paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last minute changes
  • Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly
  • Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS & Co.

Parsons is looking for a talented CONUS Warehouse Manager to support our client. In this role you will get to support the Department of Defense.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience within the last three (3) years in managing warehousing distribution operations. 
• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience within the last three (3) years of Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to include, Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS), Defense Priorities & Allocations System (DPAS), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Rapid Aerostat Initial Deployment Contractor Logistics System (RAID CLS) and Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE).Experience in compliance with Federal, State and Department of Defense (DoD) and local warehousing and material handling and shipping requirements.
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree Logistics, Management, Engineering, or a related specialized field.  
• Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in functional area: Life Cycle Logistics at the Advanced Practitioner level or a Non- DoD equivalent certification in Acquisition Logistics.  
• Active US Secret Security Clearance
