• Support operations in the warehouse by loading and unloading products which includes inbound and outbound activities
• Assist with warehouse related duties
• Basic housekeeping of warehouse
• Maintain existing stock list and warehouse
• Pick and pack goods for order and delivery
• Arranging products in warehouse

Job Responsibilities: NIGHT Warehouse job 

- Receiving of incoming shipment, checking of goods condition before storage at warehouse
- Ensure inventory items are well-organized, properly stored, handled and distributed
- Assisting with replenishing / receiving of stock orders/shelves
- Assist in loading and unloading of goods
- Transporting stock items with a pallet jack
- Ensure a sufficient level of care and attention is given throughout the replenishing / receiving process
- Must be physically fit, able to stand long hours, walking & individual items carry goods up to 25kg

Responsibilities:

• Perform IQAM within the stipulated time-frame and with accuracy
• Perform Kitting, Exchange and supply the consumables within the stipulated time-frame
• Carry out the cycle-count and consumable shelf-life check at the stipulated time frame set
• Perform the train operation by delivering kitting to production cells and collecting finished goods from production

Requirements:

• Min. GCE “O” level
• Experience in a production environment will be an advantage
• Experienced in basic warehouse operations

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

• You may be required to operate pallet jack to move heavy articles

Your assignment

• You will contribute to the On-Shelf Availability for our customers, using the correct and on-time execution of the assigned goods flow working methods.
• You will perform replenishment tasks in the assigned area, that support an efficient goods flow process and data integrity productivity goals. 
• You will perform inventory checks and ensure data integrity on periodic basis
• You will follow quality, security and safety service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• You will support other areas of replenishment or departments when required
• You may be required to operate pallet jack or machinery such as Forklift, Reach Truck or Power Stacker

GENERAL FUNCTION 

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Warehouse Assistant is responsible for ensuring the overall supply chain activities on asset and warehouse management. The Warehouse assistant must be proactive in delivering the necessary tasks as required.

TASKS

General

• Maintain & update asset tracking.
• Ensure items stored in the warehouse as per supply chain policy & procedures.
• Update stock records in Latis software for every transaction.
• Ensuring the quantity and quality of materials during delivery and validate with the requestor
• Follow up the maintenance of equipment in the warehouse.

Management

• Ensuring all activities are conducted timely

• Ensure all proper warehouse documentation is in order and secure.

• Ensure all materials in the warehouse are placed in a clean and neat manner.
• Ensure materials are categorised correctly and for ease of accessibility and first in first out (FIFO) basis.
• Ensure optimum utilization of storage space.

Safety

• Ensuring safety standard are adhered as per OHS policy & programs

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Warehouse Department 
• Assist in monitoring inventory, including physical counts and ensuring inventory levels are maintained accurately
• Performing picking, packing, issuance of inventory including pesticides, chemicals and materials 
• Loading and unloading of cargo stocks 
• Conduct inspection on incoming and outgoing materials and items
• Responsible for the opening and closing of warehouse 
• Ensure 5S (Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety, Set in Order) for Warehouse and proper housekeeping is achieved
• Ensure compliance to safety policies and procedures throughout the warehouse facility
• Ensures proper storage of all inventory and no prohibited materials are being stored in the warehouse and is compliant to corporate safety and local regulatory guidelines
• Attending safety meetings and conducts regular safety walk through in warehouse
• To be involved in internal/external audits
• Responsible for reports and other required general administration duties

• Minimum "O" Level and above 
• Candidates possess Forklift license and knowledge of Navision will be an added advantage
