Warehouse Support Assistant - Day Shift - Biggleswade
£11.82 - £13.60 hourly rate (£11.82/hr base rate plus £1.78/hr weekend shift allowance) plus great benefits
Day Shift - 6am to 2pm, 5 over 7 days including weekends. Full-time.

We're looking for a warehouse support assistant to join our team in the Biggleswade depot. Working in a close-knit team, you'll get involved with all the administrative tasks within this busy and service driven warehouse environment. We'll look for you to get involved in all areas of the warehouse and no two days will look the same. If you can bring the administrative skills and attention to detail we're looking for, we can offer you a great opportunity with a business that puts people at the heart of its strategy.
What you'll do:
- action colleague holiday requests on system
- audit internal systems
- review and initiate deployment of colleagues
- maintain absence management database
- update labour management details
- input overtime into operational plans
- send daily and weekly reports as required
- update gate log for inbound suppliers
- liaise with cross functional departments
This role would suit someone who has:
- strong administration skills and experience
- great organisation skills
- the ability to work towards deadlines
- great knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc)
- ideally have experience working in a busy and service driven warehouse environment, but this isn't essential
