The Job

• Working as part of a team providing excellent customer service wherever there is interaction with one of our customers

Warehouse Stock Operative - Southamtpon - £22,912

Own car required

The position

This is a full time permanent position based at our customers distribution centre in Southampton

• Rate of pay: £22,912 per annum
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus daily 30-min unpaid break
• Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7 - Shifts between 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 & 22:00-06:00 +0.50p per hour night bonus
• Working Environment - Mixed
• Own car required

A day in the life of a Warehouse Operative

As a Warehouse Operative, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate.

Our activities vary, so often, you may be required to work across multiple different workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits and Load Adherence checks most of which require periods of manual handling.

Job activities

• Audit the Inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
• Audit Picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
• Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
• Maintain integrity at all times.
• Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
• Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.

Warehouse operative - Eastleigh At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse operatives to work with an important company in Eastleigh, picking / packing jewellery items.Our client is currently looking for motivated and keen people to work within a busy distribution environment and could potentially offer ongoing work for the right people.
Shift Patterns:

• 08:00-16:30
• 07:00-15:30
• 13:00-21:30
• 14:00-22:30

Workers must be flexible to work any days, including Sundays across shifts as these may fluctuate. Pay Rates
