Role's Objectives:

Lead the Vietnam procurement team to achieve Group savings targets and support operations by delivering high-quality supplies in a sustainable, ethical and timely manner. The Role – Store Manager:


Reporting to your Regional Manager you will lead by example creating an excellent culture and working environment for your team, demonstrating our values of being: Genuine, Wise, Eager, Focused, Together.
You will have full responsibility for all aspects of running a successful store. Managing KPIs around people, store standards, customer service standards and financial performance, maximising both turnover and gross margin along with control of costs.
Ensure you and your team are delivering the highest standards of pet care and ensure that the welfare of pets is a top priority, promoting responsible pet ownership.
Exceptional customer service by providing a great shopping experience for customers and displaying both strong pet* and product* knowledge. (*Training given)
Responsible for recruiting, motivating, training and developing your team, reviewing and managing performance. Helping to promote Jollyes as an employer of choice within your local community.

The Skills:

To be successful in this role, joining as a Store Manager you’ll need the following skills and experience:


A passion for pets and people! Delighting your customers by ensuring an unrivalled shopping experience.
Previous retail store management experience, where you have taken a hands-on approach to managing the business on a daily basis and planned activity for the store’s short, medium and long term success.
A sound decision maker, able to communicate objectives effectively and build high performing and highly engaged teams, ensuring succession plans are in place to develop your future leaders.
Able to demonstrate a proven track record in developing business performance and exceeding KPIs, whilst also delivering the highest levels of store standards including health & safety and legal compliance.
You should be commercially aware, able to manage your P&L and have a proactive approach.
Full time, permanent position - 40 hours per week working 5 days out of 7.

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm.

Saturday: 9am to 1pm.

Warehouse Reorganization: Take the lead in reorganizing our current warehouse, which is in disarray. This includes creating a more efficient layout, labeling, and categorizing inventory for easy access and improved workflow.

Inventory Management: Assist in the daily management of inventory, ensuring accurate records of stock levels, and helping to minimize discrepancies.

Receiving and Stocking: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly stored.

Order Fulfillment: Assist in preparing and fulfilling orders, including picking, packing, and shipping products to customers in a timely manner.

Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure that all products in the warehouse are in good condition and meet quality standards.

General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, complying with health and safety regulations.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to improve overall warehouse efficiency and support store operations as needed. Provide leadership and direction to store staff. Supervise store employees. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.

Job Summary

Responsible for daily procurement operations, procurement process, managing stakeholder and vendor relationships, and optimizing the utilization of Ariba System to streamline purchasing operations

Job Requirement:

• 5-6 years of experience in procurement. Experience in IT procurement, Healthcare industry, formulation and review of procurement policies and procedures are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Ariba system management, including experience with purchase to order, source to contract management, and supplier collaboration.
