Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial, electronics components, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Junior Inventory Analyst.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage product line up based on customers or market requirement.
- Collecting and analyzing historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock.
- Minimize Out-of-stock by actively monitoring stock inventory.
- Work closely with supplier to ensure profitability for stock items, propose strategies to reduce costs.
- Work closely with supplier for timely delivery and expediate when necessary.
- Maintenance or update product master database.
- Work with other departments on product related activities such as product discount, quality check etc.
- Collate statistics and generate reports.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain or any related discipline
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Inventory Management
- Candidate from similar industry will be preferred
- Competent in MS Office, MS Access skills
- Able to understand basic technical term in product drawing
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: Central (Near to MRT)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
