- Perform pre-award procurement functions and works with technical experts in the mission areas as necessary.
- Write or assist in writing Statements of Work (SOW) or Performance Work Statements (PWS).
- Review statements developed by the project team for adequacy and compliance with acquisition requirements.
- Conduct market research, economic analyses, lease/purchase analyses and reviews task statements and Performance Work Statements (PWS).
- Serve on the Technical Evaluation Team that evaluates vendor responses to government solicitations
