Job Description:
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Conduct spend analysis to support sourcing strategies and annual planning.
- Study supply market intelligence for TSL (vendors, products, commodities, etc.).
- Drive cost reduction initiatives in procurement.
- Support and implement Group Procurement strategies and policies at TSL.
- Contribute to the development of procurement planning processes.
- Lead/manage procurement processes at TSL.
- Align Divisional SOP with GPPA and ensure compliance.
- Drive capability development and knowledge management
Operations Responsibilities:
- Conduct tenders per Division SOP/GPPA and recommend to Tender Committee.
- Analyze sourcing requirements and identify cost-saving, efficiency, and risk mitigation opportunities.
- Manage supplier classification, relationships, and contracts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage spending.
- Stay updated on industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
- Monitor key suppliers and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Analyze demand volumes, inventory trends, and stock levels.
- Drive procurement digital strategy and reduce Total Cost of Ownership.
Responsible Sourcing:
- Conduct supplier assessments for ethical, social, and environmental compliance, and drive corrective actions.
- Monitor supplier performance with KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate responsible sourcing practices.
- Conduct training on responsible sourcing for employees and suppliers.
- Prepare reports on responsible sourcing progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in responsible sourcing.
Business Process Analyst for AX/D365:
- Assess and enhance procurement systems for better functionality and user experience.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and approval rights.
- Identify process improvements and lead projects to implement new systems or tools.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 10 years of related experience and above
