Hays are pleased to be working with a local housing development company who are looking to appoint a temporary Purchase Ledger clerk on a short-term basis to help with a backlog.
Your new role
Your duties will include:
- Processing invoices
- Matching purchase orders
- Delivery notes
- Statement reconciliation
- General administration
What you'll need to succeed
You will have good communication skills and be a team player who can collaborate with other members of the team. If you have previously worked within the housing/construction sector, and have knowledge of COINS or CIS payments, that would be extremely beneficial, but not essential. You will have worked with ledgers previously and have good time keeping skills working towards tight deadlines.
