Job Description
Text “CS” to 32543 to learn more about how you can become a part of our legacy.
- Earn $15 per hour + $1.50 cooler freezer pay + .75 shift differential (4:00 p.m.-4:00 a.m.)
- 2nd shift, FT, 5:00 p.m. until completion
- 3100 Holcombe Blvd. Houston, Texas 77021
You will contribute by:
Providing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment by acting as a custodian / janitor - Performing janitorial duties such as cleaning the entire warehouse, including office space, employee break areas, windows and restrooms
Maintaining good housekeeping by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing and waxing floors - Occasionally pulling product out of pick slots using an electric pallet jack to clean with a scrubber and returning product
Tending to spills including damaged product, oil, grease, etc.
Collecting plastic wrap, shredded paper, and empty boxes to be disposed of properly
Following all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
What’s a great way to stay in shape?
Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
