Pay rate: £11.44 - £17.16* per hour *overtime* + FANTASTIC DAILY BONUS
Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for work? Gi Group are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work for a well-known toy distributor, based in Banbury, Oxford, OX16
Warehouse Operative responsibilities:
* Picking and Packing orders
* Visual inspection and quality checking
* Loading, ensure that all loads agree with transport paperwork and are loaded to time, stacked in the correct sequence, and are configured and restrained correctly.
* Working to targets and company standards
* General housekeeping/cleaning of warehouse and packing area
Warehouse Operative required skills:
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
* Happy to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
* Accept the occasional irregularity of hours to achieve completion of important tasks
* Driven and motivated to achieve targets set
* Punctual and excellent attendance records
* Experience is preferred but full training given so not absolutely necessary
Warehouse Operative Shifts:
* Days - 7:00am - 3:30pm - Monday to Friday
* Afternoons - 3:00pm - 11:00pm - Monday to Friday
* Nights - Sunday (00:00-06:30) & Monday -Thursday (23:00 - 07:00)
Warehouse Operative Pay:
* Day Shift - £11.44 ph
* Afternoons shift - £11.44ph + £10.75 per day shift bonus anything over 4 hours
* Night shift - £11.44ph + £19.69 per night shift bonus anything over 4 hours
* Overtime Rate - £17.16ph if over 40 hours per week has been complete
