Primary responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties, replying of emails, file and sort documents
- Ensure Excellent Customer Service
- Abides to the Company's Service Standards and answers all customers’ enquiries promptly and efficiently
- Acquires sufficient product knowledge and the ability to assist customers in their choices and purchases
- Manage corporate client in bulk orders
- Project a healthy and well-groomed image always
- Seizes every opportunity to sell to customers
Manning of Point of Sales
- To handle the Shop’s cash with utmost care
- To bring in correct sales and return correct change to customers
Inventory and Merchandising
- Ensure accurate receipt of goods from the warehouse and other shops.
- Ensure accurate pricing of products
- Ensure that the products are displayed and stock-up according to Company’s standards
- Ensure that the documentation of the products are properly and accurately maintained and accounted for according to Company’s procedure
- Be familiar with all promotional activities and advice customers accordingly
- Any other duties assigned by the Store Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience as Supervisor/Store Admin in retail industry (Fashion/Sports/Apparels related)
- 6 days per week: Retail hours (Shifts, weekends and Public Holiday)
- Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Highly motivated with a willingness to get hands-on when required
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Able to start within a short notice
