Warehouse Manager
Key Role:
Organize, inventory, and maintain corporate and government property in a warehouse or field environment. Execute receiving, storage, distribution, and shipping of warehoused material in compliance with established procedures. Verify that orders are accurately filled and properly packaged. Prepare records, manifests, and bills of lading. Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, rental trucks, and forklifts. Execute logistic support functions, including maintenance of data using manual and electronic information management systems, production of reports regarding logistics support, receiving, shipping, warehousing, inventory, and custody of government furnished equipment. Verify the correctness of incoming shipments. Check for damaged goods, ensure that goods are properly identified for internal routing, and prepare and maintain records of goods received.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with logistics warehouse procedures and processes
Experience with inspecting all materials upon receipt for damage, materiel safety, and product shelf life and managing government-furnished warehouse space
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to provide supply support for receiving, inspecting, labeling, issuing, and temporary storage of equipment and property
Ability to supervise warehousing operations
Ability to manage inventory and make recommendations on stock levels
Ability to work in a non-climatized environment and around loud noises and hazardous materials
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of experience with warehouse operations in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with using Marine Corps or other integrated logistics and financial management solutions
Experience in working with officers and non-commissioned officers in a military service
Experience with military ground supply, logistics, or maintenance management MOS
Knowledge of quality control audit processes
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Forklift Operator Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
