Key Role:

Support the coordination and completion of Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition projects. Key Role:

Support the Global Defense Events Lead in the planning and execution of Booz Allen's presence at defense industry conferences and other signature marketing events. Manage project marketing activities in support of the event such as the development of marketing materials, pre- and post-event email promotion, associated advertising, content creation, and social media posts. El (la) Document & Label Clerk Operator en el 2nd shift, realizara tareas en el área de “Document Center & Label Issuance” de acuerdo con los procesos, políticas y procedimientos establecidos referente a la impresión de Documentación de “LHR’s” e impresión de etiquetas. Trabajará con el supervisor y lider para lograr que la operación de Document Control sea eficiente. Deberá conocer los procesos de documentación, manufactura y políticas establecidas en las áreas relacionadas a manufactura y/o etiquetados para ejecutar de ser necesario.

• Realizar la limpieza de área de trabajo, equipos y materiales, para cumplir con los diferentes procesos

• Organizar el área de trabajo de acuerdo con el proceso trabajado

• Documentar, Inspeccionar e imprimir la generación de etiquetas de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido.

• Responsable de la creación, generación e impresión de toda documentación requerida para el contenido de “LHR’s” según el “Master List” aplicable.  

• Responsable de auditar la documentación generada del “Master List” y confirmar que toda documentación y/o especificación este en cumplimiento de la revisión vigente según sistema.

• Asegurar la segregación y almacenamiento correcto de documentación, materiales impresos y/o etiquetas según los procedimientos establecidos.

• Responsable de revisar y auditar toda documentación recibida así como los Log’s aplicables.

• Reportar al supervisor cualquier discrepancia, documento que no cumpla con las especificaciones, desviaciones a procedimientos, mal funcionamiento de equipo y/o cualquier incidente ocurrido en el área  que pueda afectar las operaciones de manufactura y/o los asociados.

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and other adjustments. Execute and ensure proper accounting of intercompany and third-party balances and transactions.

• Confirm intercompany balances with intercompany contacts and investigate any material differences.

• Prepare and enter the netting information into Citi Netting and ensure timely settlement of Intercompany balances.

• Responsible for BPC Schedules and Reports for company 121.

• Responsible for BPC Schedules and Reports for company 121.

• Reconcile balances between Blackline, JDE and BPC.

• Cash Management duties which include monitoring petty cash, preparation of wires that are not done by the SSC (such as MXN Plants funding) and foreign currency wires, preparation of the Wells Fargo lockbox deposit of third-party cash collections, among others.

• Submit invoices through AP system for payment as necessary.

• Point of contact between certain vendors and AP Team.

• Book non-SSC managed bank activity to the General Ledger.

• Perform BI Reports reconciliations to GL.

• Perform payroll tie out between JDE and ADP.

• Quarterly review of the BD CECL Model Approach for AR Allowance calculation.

• Support the Director of Finance and Accounting Manager in the annual budget preparation and other forecasts, as required.

• Perform balance sheet and P&L account analysis.

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations on a timely basis.

• Perform month-end and year-end financial reporting duties, as assigned. 

• Participate in Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) testing and support other SOX requirements as needed.

• Support internal and external audits and timely provide all the information requested.

• Execute continuous improvement initiatives to streamline monthly close processes and other areas of financial processes and reporting.

• Special projects as assigned.

• Must follow and comply with company policies and procedures, as applicable in the role.

Qualifications:

• Financial reporting experience required

• Previous Finance Experience in Pharma or Medical Device Industry preferred Fluent in English and Spanish (written and oral)

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
