The Role:
- Ensure the safety of the both guests and venue/tour staff
- Assist in pat down, searches, wanding, and ticket scanning of anyone who enters the venue. Also, operating detection devices (walk thru metal detectors and wands) as needed
- Search bags, purses, wristlets, etc. for non-permitted items
- Be aware of any suspicious items
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance, ability to make independent and good judgement decisions within proper policy and procedures.
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and lifting and carrying 30 lbs+
- Control any unruly patron who might cause harm to anyone
- Provide a safe environment for guests and staff member
- Help with the removal of any debris after the guests have exited the venue
- Follow all state and local health guidelines as directed by the CDC
- Working in an outside rain or shine event venue
- Displaying the "Heart of Service" positive attitude
