The 'It's all about People' Personalisation programme works with people with lived experience and partners from across the health, care, voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sectors in Lincolnshire to help to develop the relationship and conversations between people, professionals and the health and care system, to one which focuses onpeople's strengths and assets and ‘what‘s important and what matters to them’.
Providing this positive shift in power and decision making enables people and those who are important to them to have more choice and control to be able to live their best life.
We are seeking an individual whose core values align with this way of thinking and has the skills and expertise to lead the development and delivery of innovative communication and marketing approaches that will help to create positive messaging, influence thinking and showcase examples of new ways of working which are meaningful to both the workforce and the public.

• Co - Producing and delivering a communication and marketing plan.
• Working in partnership with people and partners to develop common messaging and campaigns using a variety of media / communication methods.
• Responsible for the ongoing development and upkeep of the'it's all about people' website .
• Developing and delivering regular communication and promotional assets and events.
• To work with partners and people with lived experience to develop communication and marketing approaches and methodology that speaks to people and or communities who choose not to or don’t know how to engage with the health and care system.
• To be part of wider communication and marketing network across the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System, supporting the strategic planning and direction of communication plans and delivery.
• To have delegated responsibility for a small comms and marketing budget for the programme, including procurement of print and design services when needed.

Main duties are as follows;
• Working with people with lived experience and communication, marketing and engagement partners and stakeholders, to co – produce and deliver a robust communications and marketing plan.
• Planning, delivering and facilitating associated activities that delivers the aims and objectives of the plan.
• To work in partnership with people with lived experience and partners / stakeholders including local media, to ensure all campaigns have a common language and make best use of all available media, from traditional methods such as advertising, leaflets and editorial, to digital communications, social media and film, as well as exploring new formats.
• To be responsible for the ongoing development and upkeep of the ‘it’s all about people’ website to meet two specific requirements.• An interactive guide and toolkit for staff across the health and care system.
• To have a public facing offer which demonstrates what personalised care is and how to get involved.
• To lead on developing and delivering regular communication assets and event management
• ‘It’s all about people’ annual conference.
• Annual and bespoke personalisation awareness survey/s
• Bimonthly newsletter
• 6 weekly personalisation huddles (webinars).
• News of the week articles
• Weekly update and maintenance of the website
• Road shows
• Planning and organising annual ‘days’ of the year such as Social Prescribing Day in March or Co – production week in July.
• To work with partners and people with lived experience to develop communication and marketing approaches and methodology that speaks to people and or communities who choose not to or don’t know how to engage with the health and care system.
• To be part of wider communication and marketing network across the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System, supporting the strategic planning and direction of communication plans and delivery.
• To have delegated responsibility for a small comms and marketing budget for the programme, including procurement of print and design services when needed.
Although part of the Personalisation team the post holder will also have a specific working relationship with the ICB Communication and Engagement Director to ensure legal and quality control issues are adhered to.
