Integrated Media Manager (Singapore)

As a Media Manager for our technology client, you will be responsible for collaborating with APAC-based and regional media agencies and internal stakeholders to manage ongoing cross-media initiatives and campaigns across multiple regions, assisting in implementing the regional rollout of global media planning tools.
The person will be the day-to-day consultant on media strategy for the initiatives mentioned above, including but not limited to channel, audience and ad format strategy, best practices and optimisation to attain program efficiency goals. Basic knowledge of measuring channel/campaign effectiveness is useful for this role.
Role:
- Manage central media projects that span all product areas, liaising with various local & regional agencies to collect and validate media data.
- Attend meetings with relevant internal teams and agencies and be able to provide concise notes on key takeaways and actions.
- Execute training to Marketing teams and agencies as global tools roll out in APAC.
- Provide exceptional support to run cross-channel initiatives in APAC and analyse results to surface key implications for the business.
- Manage agency workflow as it pertains to media, such as reporting, benchmarks and media forecasting.
- Own stakeholder narratives for internal regional, and global leadership on media plan strategy, reporting, roadmaps and learnings.
You:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of working experience within a marketing/media agency environment
- Solid project management skills and communication skills are mandatory
- Strong proficiency with presentation software (e.g. Google Slides/PowerPoint) for producing presentations and Google Sheets/Excel for handling large data
- Strong data organisation skills, especially in Google Sheets, to efficiently summarise and present data (comfortable using pivot tables and functions)
- Experience in online/offline media strategy & brand planning experience
- High-level knowledge of channel/campaign measurement
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
