• 應執行印表機安全列印給予的所有指示，並始終以令人滿意的標準履行職責。
• 可操作印表機安全列印指定的小森LS629、海德堡SM52-5+L、海德堡SM52-2NP和高寶Mini Orloff III。
• 全面負責機器的預防性維護保養，妥善保管工裝及通行費，確保機器運作良好、清潔、安全。
• 在執行作業訂單之前設定生產設備和印版管理、混合油墨。
• 根據 Planner 指令設定並執行作業。
• 檢查和監控以確保顏色密度符合淺色、標準和深色要求（+/- 10% 顏色容差）。
• 保持印刷品質並滿足客戶規格。
• 對印刷品質和最終結果負責。
• 負責填寫生產文件，如工作訂單、機器記錄、確認單等。
• 遵守公司關於環境和品質管理系統的政策和要求。
• 為廢棄物管理計劃做出貢獻。
• 立即向高級印刷專家報告所有違規行為。
• 完成高級印刷專家分配的其他任務。

職位要求

• 候選人必須至少擁有SPM或工作經驗（將被考慮）。
• 至少5年以上操作膠印機的工作經驗。
• 所需語言：馬來語和英語。
• 成熟且願意麵對挑戰。
• 能夠獨立工作。
• 具備團隊合作能力。
• 願意輪班工作（晚班或早班、週末以及必要時加班）。
• 良好的溝通能力。
• 執行數學計算的能力。

Key Responsibilities

• Shall carry out all instruction given by Printer Security Printing and perform their duties to a satisfactory standard at all times.
• To operate Komori LS629, Heidelberg SM52-5+L,Heidelberg SM52-2NP & KBA Mini Orloff III assigned by Printer Security Printing.
• To be fully responsible on machine preventive maintenance, fixture and tolls to be well taken care of, and ensure machine in good running condition, clean and safe for operation.
• Setup the production equipment and plate management, mixed inks before executing the job orders.
• Set and run jobs according to Planner instruction.
• Checking and monitoring to ensure colour density will be follow light, standard and dark colour requirement (+/- 10% colour tolerance).
• To maintain printing quality and to meet customer specifications.
• Accountable for quality and end result of printing.
• Responsible to fill up production documentation such a Job Order, Machineries Record, acknowledgement slips, etc.
• To adhere to company policy and requirement on environmental and quality management system.
• Contribute to waste management programs.
• Report immediately all irregularities to their Senior Printing Specialist.
• To work on other tasks as per assigned by Senior Printing Specialist.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or working experience (will be consider).
• At least 5 years of working experience in operating offset printing machine.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Matured and willing to face challenges.
• Able to work independent.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary).
• Good communication skill.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.

To lead, develop and inspire the Com&In team and other functions in the store in increasing the home furnishing interest of the many people and creating demand for home furnishing solutions and know how in the local market. Accountable for the store layout, range presentation and store communication thereby contributing to positioning the IKEA brand as the leader in life at home.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

• Lead and inspire the KV Com&In team to use knowledge of IKEA home furnishing and people's life at home to grow the business.
• Partner with the store manager to stimulate and increase interest in home furnishing for all co-workers in the store.
• Be the creative leader by initiating and facilitating workshops to generate creative directions.
• Secure vitality and seasonality in the store by creating and implementing a store commercial calendar together with the store management team.
• Lead the KV Com&In team in securing relevant and inspiring range presentation solutions, an optimal store layout and effective and efficient store communication that builds the IKEA Brand and distances IKEA retailers from the competition.
• Secure that the commercial team has the right understanding of store layout, range presentation and store communication thereby contributing to the work method for range presentation.
• Contribute with knowledge of people's life at home and consumer shopping behaviour in the creation and implementation of the store business plan.
• Based on the national competence development plan, identify current and future business needs in order to recruit, develop and retain a high performing and passionate KV Com&In team.
• Lead and challenge the Com&In team to constantly take actions that exploit commercial opportunities both in the short- and long term.
