• Evaluate resources and recommend changes in the utilization, replacement, or acquisition of equipment, and the implementation of new operating procedures to improve productivity, safety, and security.
• Establish workflow, procedures, processes, practices, departmental/section goals, and standards; tomeet and support the mission of GPO.
• Monitor the receiving, shipping, warehousing, distribution, call center, federal customers web orderpages, mail processes, and maintenance operations.

CACI is looking for a Technical Writer to join our Consolidated SCN Modifications, Maintenance + Operations (CAMMO) team in Colorado Springs, CO. 

What You'll Get To Do:

You will draft, incorporate, edit, review, and publish approved Satellite Control Network (SCN) Technical Order (TO) Changes to the baseline in support of the operations and maintenance personnel performing the SCN mission. Within the realm of a DoD contract and military standard (MIL-STD) guidelines, you will communicate and coordinate with CAMMO project managers, configuration and data managers, engineers, logisticians, drafters, and Government customers to efficiently develop and maintain technical documentation and contractual deliverables. The ideal candidate will need to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and be able to balance and organize projects that span several stages of development.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Writing or technical field or equivalent on-the-job documentation experience.

Technical Experience:

• 2-5  years technical or procedural writing experience.

Hard and Soft Skills:

• Ability to problem-solve.

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
