Requirements
- Degree holder in Communications / Marketing / Advertising / Media or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Meticulous and resourceful, with mental resilience to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Possess excellent multi-tasking and project management skills
- Effective communicator, confident speaking face-to-face with internal and external stakeholders
- Skilled in analysis and critical evaluation
- Keen eye for aesthetic
- Proactive with strong planning and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative software products
Role
The incumbent will support the Head/Assistant Head in strategising and strengthening STE capabilities through a dedicated campaign, CTRL+SHIFT, for the Public Service. The individual will coordinate efforts across various teams in Ministries, and public agencies to develop a robust pipeline of STE talent and fortify the STE workforce at a whole-of-government (WOG) level.
As the work is collaborative in nature, the candidate should be a team player who can effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for building engaging campaigns to deliver outcomes coherently and synergistically as One STE Public Service.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign
· Support the ideation and creation of CTRL+SHIFT initiatives, collateral with the appointed creative agency
· Engage regularly with the appointed creative agency to handle campaign requirements, communicate expectations, and gather feedback
· Maintain quality control of assigned projects, ensuring final deliverables meet campaign standards
· Internalise and communicate the brand portfolio and positioning of media assets
· Maintain databases for campaign lifecycle management
· Track campaign activity across various platforms, tallying data with figures sent over from the appointed creative agency
· Create detailed reports to present campaign trends to management
· Track campaign expenses against budget for management reporting
Media
· Support internal and external event coverages with photography and editing
· Research marketing and social media trends to identify fresh content ideas and concepts
· Assist with the creation of visual content for LinkedIn and EDMs
· Assist with basic copywriting
Event Management
· Work with the appointed creative agency to ensure that operational and budget requirements are fulfilled
· Assist with on-site tasks, engage directly with target audience to communicate campaign objectives
· Liaise with external stakeholders for planning and troubleshooting, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders
