Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the documentation, review, and uploading of videos/media files into the SP Video Content Management System (VCMS) by closely collaborating with academic staff.
• Maintain and oversee the cataloguing and archiving of video content, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to institutional guidelines and processes.
• Replace existing video-based Teaching and Learning content in online lessons and SCORM packages with VCMS-hosted media within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review and discuss revisions during the video replacement process.
• Ensure proper functionality of VCMS-hosted media in online lessons after media replacement and updates.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel).
• Basic experience in Media Production and/or Graphic Design.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Successful candidates may be offered a contract of up to 11.5 months, subjected to requirements by academic schools.
