Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a local authority based in Gloucester for a skilled Content Editor. This role is integral to the SAP Cloud implementation programme, focusing on developing and delivering content through EnableNow, particularly within the finance and procurement modules (S4, Ariba). The successful candidate will be responsible for editing and finalising training materials, supporting both face-to-face and virtual training sessions, and collaborating with SMEs to ensure content accuracy. If you have solid experience with SAP and EnableNow, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a major public sector ERP initiative.

Main responsibilities

• Edit and finalise SAP Cloud training content (S4, Ariba) for publication in EnableNow.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance for finance and procurement modules.
• Support the creation and refinement of training materials for both face-to-face sessions and webinars.
• Assist in the delivery of training collateral and ensure it is aligned with the overall implementation strategy.
• Provide ongoing support to the training team in executing successful training sessions.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with EnableNow for content editing and publishing.
• Experience using SAP Cloud modules (S4, Ariba), particularly in finance and procurement.
• Knowledge and use of video editing software to enhance training content delivery.
• Previous experience supporting SAP Cloud implementation in a public sector environment.

Our excellent client in Tetbury (Cirencester) is looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join their growing team as an Administrator and Social Media Assistant on a full time, permanent basis.

Duties
- Liaise between technicians and customers to arrange required work on customer premises.
- Keep company social media channels all up to date (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Assist marketing team with overall company marketing strategy across multiple offices in the UK and overseas.
- Deal with quotes, invoices, credit card payments, and queries via phone/email.
- Coordinate daily work schedules by liaising with customers and technicians, booking jobs across the UK to fit both parties' schedules.
- Produce detailed worksheets for technicians, ensuring job requirements and schedules are accurately documented, including journey times and job durations.
- Respond quickly to job cancellations or unexpected changes, reorganising plans as necessary.
- Create certificates and reports for customers after job completion, based on requests.
- Book out parts for invoicing and ensure accurate stock record-keeping.
- Ah-hoc administrative tasks such as data entry, system updates, updating company system and spreadsheets up to date.

Hours: 37h per week, Monday – Friday

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience + benefits including
-28 days paid holiday including bank holidays plus an extra day for your birthday, increasing with length of service up to 33 days a year.
