The HOKA ONE ONE Senior PR Executive role is to support PR Manager on annual TPR content planning and daily execution. This role needs to be independently supervise the retainer PR communication, relationship build up with various kinds of media, support PR Assistant Manager on Celebrity and Elite Runners’ PR value exploration and execution, and various PR events landing in China Market.
The Senior PR Executive must be very passionate towards sports (not limited to running ) and HOKA ONE ONE the brand , authentic in branding , while flexible in new relationship and collaboration opportunity in any possible case. High energy level is a must for this role, and needs to be very well organized and result oriented, self-motivated.
20% Planning
- To assist PR Assistant Manager on HOKA annual product GTM plan, execute PR strategy and calendar based on global concept, China business goal and marketing objectives.
- To define target media pool ( performance & lifestyle ) strategically to optimize existing resource on annual basis.
- Have clear KPI for each media segment based on annual budget plan/campaign plan.
- Well work with all MKT functions ( social, digital, sports marketing, grassroots, retail, VM )to intergrade Elite Team /all function activations and social resource, generate maximize brand exposure.
- Nice to have innovative idea on PR content generation and new way/new channel for brand building.
55% Execution
15% Budget management
- PR sample and stock management: Work with PR Assistant Manager on seasonal order with clear seeding strategy and given budget. Coordinate internal and external functions to make sure on-time delivery, stock tracking, etc.
- Monthly PO and payment follow ups, with clear finance process
10% Coordination/ Reporting / Presentation
- Coordinate and work closely with MKT team member to implement communication activities.
- To be accurate and clear at agency briefing (oral and paper) to make sure agency understand brand needs and deliver what we want.
- To be good at presentation and reporting to both global functions and China internal teams, bilingual, both oral and written English.
