The Associate Business Intelligence Director is responsible for collecting, aggregating, and reporting business investment data (client, supplier and Publicis product investment). In this role, you will work closely with the regional teams to define, build and enhance the Precision supply road map in a way that provides consistent benefits while meeting unique market needs across APAC. In particular, your role requires a strong relationship with Publicis Media’s regional and local investment & commercial teams to manage supply partnership – strategically and commercially – including opportunity assessment, proposal management, negotiations and commercial awareness. • Identify commercially viable key supply partners and solutions – globally and regionally – that allow for a strong differentiation of our positioning in an increasingly cluttered marketplace

Qualifications

To be a successful candidate, you will be/have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Proven track record of top performance measured against product and supply development, maintenance and growth

RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for Office of Corporate Communications and Marketing (OCCM).
• Content and Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive content and social media strategies that align with our brand's goals and values. This includes tailored strategies for each social media platform, influencer engagement, and leveraging social networks to drive qualified traffic to our brand sites.
• Social Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, timely content that responds to changing trends in social media. This includes managing the social editorial calendar, curating and creating content, and promoting it through social advertising.
• Social Media Intelligence and Measurement: Manage the budget for tools and platforms essential for effective social media marketing. Provide in-depth analysis and insights into the impact of social media channels on our overall marketing efforts, keeping the corporate marketing team updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Social Media Crisis Management: Monitor online brand mentions and potential crisis situations. Collaborate closely with the corporate communications team to address issues promptly. Manage customer communication through private messaging channels.
• Social Media Governance and Leadership: Develop and maintain a robust social media governance process. Educate internal stakeholders on best practices, content strategies, and brand application guidelines. Supervise and mentor content and social team members and student contributors.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
• External Agency Management: Lead and motivate external agencies in developing innovative social media touchpoints that convey our key messages effectively. Ensure the quality of service and value for money.

• Degree in Journalism, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media planning and community engagement, preferably in both agency and client environments.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media landscapes, including regional channel management, community engagement, governance, crisis communications, performance marketing, and measurement.
• Proficiency in digital and social media tools such as Drupal, WordPress, Google Analytics, Social Media Management Platforms, Social Listening Platforms, and Project Management Platforms.
• Exceptional copywriting skills; proficiency in design, photography, and videography is a plus.
• SEO expertise, including the ability to generate inbound links.
• Experience in influencer management and regional platforms such as WeChat, LINE, Tik Tok is a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Main Responsibilities

Plan, design, implement and monitor social media marketing campaigns.

Create, curate and manage social media content, including text, audio, visual and multimedia formats.

Engage users with prompt responses, organize competitions, ask questions and cultivate relationships.

Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy and innovation to stay relevant and effective.

Create comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand image, increase customer engagement and improve conversions.

Design, implement and manage social ad campaigns integrated into the company’s strategic marketing plans.

Hire and supervise talented creatives, including Freelance Writers and Graphic Designers, and coordinate their activities to achieve social media campaign objectives.

Track social media campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to management.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed for the Job

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Three or more years of relevant work experience in social media marketing or related role

Proven knowledge and experience in the fundamentals of classical marketing

In-depth knowledge and application of content marketing theory

Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English

Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms (mainly for Chinese platforms such as WeChat, Red, DouYin/TikTok), their unique audiences and how to use them to maximize branding and marketing efforts

Exceptional time management skills and interpersonal relations

In-depth knowledge of analytics software, content management systems and SEO tools
