In this role, you will work closely with the regional teams to define, build and enhance the Precision supply road map in a way that provides consistent benefits while meeting unique market needs across APAC. Qualifications

To be a successful candidate, you will be/have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Proven track record of top performance measured against product and supply development, maintenance and growth

Operational Excellence:

• Provide leadership and manage the operations and activities of the Singapore Smash, including responsibility for all event operations, commercial, broadcast, financial management, reporting, and government relations.
• Ensure all event operations are executed flawlessly, from athlete accommodations and transportation to security and medical services.
• Identify innovative and creative ideas to grow the Singapore Smash brand from an event delivery perspective.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop and execute a marketing and promotional strategy to maximize event attendance and global visibility.
• Leverage social media, digital platforms, and traditional media to engage fans and generate excitement leading up to and during the event.
• Build, manage, and deliver all associated Singapore Smash promotional and peripheral activities.

Fan Engagement:

• Create innovative and engaging fan experiences that enhance the overall event atmosphere and provide lasting memories.
• Implement fan-centric initiatives, including interactive zones, autograph sessions, and entertainment activities.

Post-Event Evaluation:

• Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from participants, spectators, and stakeholders.
• Analyze event performance and identify opportunities for improvement for future editions.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Develop and ensure event manuals, policies, and new documents are up-to-date or produced as required.
• Act as WTT Event & Experience Manager at designated WTT Series events.
• Any other tasks as required by the Chief Events Officer and Event & Experience Director.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sports event management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale events.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation.
• Knowledge and love of table tennis and its global community are highly desirable.

• Content and Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive content and social media strategies that align with our brand's goals and values. This includes tailored strategies for each social media platform, influencer engagement, and leveraging social networks to drive qualified traffic to our brand sites.
• Social Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, timely content that responds to changing trends in social media. This includes managing the social editorial calendar, curating and creating content, and promoting it through social advertising.
• Social Media Intelligence and Measurement: Manage the budget for tools and platforms essential for effective social media marketing. Provide in-depth analysis and insights into the impact of social media channels on our overall marketing efforts, keeping the corporate marketing team updated on industry trends and best practices.

Main Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed for the Job

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Three or more years of relevant work experience in social media marketing or related role
