Programme Manager (Media Arts)
General Job Description
Media Arts programmes cater to primary and secondary school students with a variety of year-long courses and short courses. Main programme categories are photography, photo editing, animation, game design and video production.
The Programme Manager supports the Enterprise Team with the conceptualization and pitching of programmes, curriculum development support and trainers deployment for confirmed training projects in their specific area of specialization.
He/She reports to the Head of Innovation and works closely with the Enterprise and Productivity teams to manage training projects that will include the development of training content, briefing of trainers, production of training materials, preparation of logistics and deployment of trainers.
Training quality of associate trainers will be a key focus of the Programme Manager and he/she will be expected to undertake training assignments.

· Associate Trainers
Responsibilities
· Project Management
ü To plan, strategise and implement programme management effectively for the Company. This will include training processes and producing evidence of success in the following areas:
§ Programme outlines and content
§ Programme lesson plans for trainers
§ Assessment instruments
§ Learning materials for students
§ Logistics preparation and inventory management
§ Overall quality and excellence in all programmes
§ To be proactive in feedback and implement changes to elevate training experiences and exceed expectations

ü To stay updated with latest training and development trends
ü To continuously research and enhance programme offerings
ü To lead the annual new programme development exercise in the area of specialization with innovative training solutions
ü To support business development efforts of new programme/ solutions development for new market segments
· Talent Management (Associate Trainers)
ü To work with the Enterprise teams in the forecasting of training demands and ensure an adequate pool of active associate trainers for training project deployment.
ü To work with the Head of Talent Management in the talent acquisition, training and development and retention of the associate trainer pool
· Training
ü To personally undertake quality training based on the specified number of hours in the contract
ü To ensure the pool of associate trainers upgrade themselves through a series of internal and external training workshops
ü To personally undertake training/ upgrading skills development training for associate trainers
· Budgeting and Administration
ü To provide and schedule associate trainer and logistical support for professional delivery of all programmes within the given budget of <40% of the project’s revenue.
ü To ensure that the company’s project management system is update to date
ü To check and approve trainers training rates and schedules monthly
· Reporting and Recommendations
ü Meet with the Head of Innovation at least once per month for updates and reporting
Mandatory Requirements
Qualifications
· A minimum Bachelor’s in area of media related specialisations
Experience
· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a training position
